Does anyone care about APICS certification?

I love what I do and I have an offer to stay in International Development and be a manager with 86k, focusing on my technical area + lots of travel. But I also have offers from Deloitte and EY to be a GPS consultant at ~100k. Is it worth it to move to D or EY? Have personal financial goals that i need to reach for my family and thats why i started considering EY and D.

Took REG twice and got 69 both times without studying business law. Best believe I am going to study business law to the death of me

I have a direct report who is smart, passionate about her job and can be really innovative. However she carries this enormous weight of responsibility, for needing to do everything, do it right, make sure it's perfect, not trusting colleagues to help. It creates dread and panic and overwhelming workload and a terrible attitude for her and I am speaking with her this week to start to shift her mindset. Any tips in navigating how to let go of this heavy idea of "responsibility"?

Hello - My experience has been in all indirect procure to pay work and have very little direct supply chain background, besides it being my major. I want to get into more than just the purchasing and sourcing side of things and go into more production/shipping efficiencies. Early in my career and feel like I’m in environments that are really struggling in their SCM development.
