Recently stopped taking Concerta (after taking it for almost 2 years at varying doses) because it started having some negative effects on my heart rate. I’m on the high side of the BMI scale and really want to prioritize healthy movement. Not ready to formally go back to the gym or do fitness group classes inside (both from a covid mentality and feeling uncomfortable due to size). Started walking more and incorporating some cardio videos, thinking of getting a machine for my apartment (bike, elliptical, etc.)…any recommendations of best machine to incorporate or additional fitness ideas?

One of the things that my ADD coach helped me with was realizing that I wasn’t prioritizing activities that help me feel recharged. Between work and home responsibilities, I was just burnt out and overwhelmed.

So now when I start to get burned out I focus on reducing auditory overwhelm, getting outside, listen to music, get comfortable, read a fun book, etc.
