Just accepted an offer as a project delivery specialist. To be completely honest, mainly just took the role for the almost 33% pay increase and how much I enjoyed the team during the interview process. Curious about others’ experience (the good, the bad, the ugly 😅)? The project I’m on is slated to last 3-4 years and I’m not necessarily trying to “find a home” at Deloitte or the big four, in general.

Anyone have a good idea of specific steps/checklists that are utilized for a close process? Being asked how I’d envision a successful close process for one of my Qs in my interview presentation. Any help appreciated!

I started a new job back in October and after a few weeks in, I came to find out the job was a lot different than what I thought it was gonna be.
