Hello everyone, i have received an offer from Mindtree for the position of AWS tech lead, i have 4.5 yoe and the package I have been offered is 23L. My current CTCt is 8.5 and i have other offers of around 20L fix,is it a good deal or i should negotiate for more?

Last week I had an interview with Infosys, it didn't go well as per my expectations but i was able to answer most of the questions asked by the panel and they said I will get the feedback from HR team but it's been more than one week and I didn't get any update on this. Yesterday I also wrote an email to the HR who scheduled the interview but still no update.

Why EY GDS is so reluctant when it comes to hikes in case of external hiring. I have experienced it twice they just don't go beyond 30% and on contrary they provide good internal hikes. Any specific reason? Does anybody have any idea?

So i have been giving interviews from 2 months have 2 offers,2 are from some startups which i'm not considering,
Two offers which are worth mentioning are from UIPATH SDE-2, OYO WDE-2 Each offer has problm associated with it
UIPATH SDE-2 : Offer compensation wise is way too good, now problem is they only work in c# and angular and i don't want to on it as i work on node.js , java ,react etc
OYO WDE-2 : The work is frntend heavy & i'm a fullstack ,so confused should i change my role.Plz Suggest

I don’t think the juniors are entitled, they just want to share in their firms’ wealth. Surely any salary increases for the Classes of 2019, 2020, and 2021 would easily pay for themselves through billable hours.
