Does anyone have any resource recommendations (podcasts, books, websites) to understand how best to capitalize in private market investing during a market downturn?

Is there a way to get closer to the 58000 total contribution limits in a 401k after initial contributions up the 19500 limit? My employer match isn’t great but I’ve maxed out my contributions this year and they’ve only added an additional 1500 so I’ll be at 21k total in the account for the year. How can I get more in there to bridge that 37k gap? Or can I?

Tax loss harvesting question- I have a few underperforming investments (stocks and ETFs) that I’m looking to offload at a loss. If I sell them I would be incurring a loss of around 3-5k. Contd.

Hey folks, need some help with PF details.

Let's say a person join a company X and then switches to Y after few years. Again switches to company Z after few months. Now the thing is both the previous employers provided Pf but the new company Z which is still growing doesn't have a pf contribution since it is starting out in india. What would happen to existing PF accounts if not withdrawn , will it earn interest? What would i need to do as an employee? Any timelines to follow?

So my fiancée and I are relatively late in terms of finally landing well paying jobs and being able to save money instead of living paycheck to paycheck.
