Hi fishes,
Please suggest what should I choose from following:
Mindtree -> 24 LPA (Following up every week if I am joining or not)
R Systems International -> 25 LPA (Current company, trying to retain, very good hold on project and good relations with manager)
CCTC->18 LPA
Tech Stack -> Angular Front end development.
Serving notice period (more than 2 months left)
Please suggest considering the global recession fears
Thank you.

It is definitely more “work to live” in NL rather than US’s “live to work” as a general expectation. That said, there are agencies like mine that certain teams work long hours while others are much more WLB friendly. It is a balance of country, agency, and team that determines which side of that WLB coin you get.
Depends on the agency 100%
Specially if your team is Dutch or not.
Dutch people are not known for their "work ethic" (And I put that on quotes because it's more that they actually have a life balance), so expect to be working more or less the same as US if your team is international.
However toxicity is way lower :)
Culture is healthier in that it's far less political in the work place. That feeling of being knifed by your colleagues for stepping a foot wrong isn't really a thing here. And as the others said, depending on the agency, probably better WLB as well. Wages are lower though, so there's that. And jobs are harder to come by.
