Does anyone have big agency experience from the US, and then moved over here for an agency job? If so - is the culture a bit healthier in Europe, specifically NL? I’m sure it varies place to place but I’m considering going from in-house back to the agency world and am slightly scared of the unhealthy culture I experienced while working in the US. TIA!
