Advice on taking and passing the SPHR exam?
I'm curious what the average salary is for an Associate Agent. I'm licensed & do everything after the sale is made as well as refer new business. I have 14 years in the industry but have been at the current company less than a year, so I know that plays a part as well. Anyone in a like-position by chance?State Farm Allstate Travelers

Any Spotify people here? Noticed there’s an AM role going at the moment in the UK but not sure what experience level it is. For reference I’ve got 6 years in ad sales experience with 3 years management (both in music industry). Would this be comfortable or is it worth holding out for AD?
I need help with my interviewing skills
I’ve worked at AT&T as a sales consultant for 6 years and 8 months where we prospect, uncover, and close on leads. I’ve used Salesforce for the past 4 years during my tenure. I’ve done B2B sales where I’ve received awards for it for 2 years consecutively. Loads of troubleshooting, uncovering needs through consultative styled selling, and tech app subscriptions.
I was wondering if I have the necessary skills to transition into a tech sales role. If so, what would be the best role/fit for me?Amazon Salesforce Google @

If you get a vehicle reimbursement oppose to a fleet car then be sure to stick to the minimum allowed vehicle. You are going to trash the resell value.
Get a credit card that gives you cash back. This way you get compensated for carrying the interest of your employers expenses.
Find a hotel chain and always aim to use them. Same applies for airlines and car rentals. This way you can maximize your rewards.
Join restruant loyalty programs. Landry's has a great one.
You are not gaming a system. You need these offerings and services to do tour job. The merchants need your business and give you motivation to use them.
Gaming the system is a separate conversation.
Do the right thing and long term you’ll be blessed with more vs trying to game the system.

Check out r/churning, which would maximize your ROI on credit card spend if you're using it for company expenses. Farming out welcome bonuses is way better than the measly 1-2% return - might require you to do more bookkeeping to make sure your credit score is on point in case you were planning on buying a home
Sorry if that was blunt, I had to stand on my values...I have a better thought, clearly if you’re trying to game the system while you’re at work that means that you’re not getting paid enough. Maybe you could try making money outside of work or trying to replace your job and come with something else so that you don’t have to immorally game the system?
I did not mean for that question to come off as "how can I game the system". My intent was to see if people in similar positions are doing something that I'm not. For example, instead of paying for a hotel reservation with a debit card I have committed to a hotel chain and use their credit card to build points that I can use on my personal time. In reference to my vehicle, instead of driving a truck that gets 19 mpg on the highway I have a vehicle that gets 40 mpg. I don't consider either of these to be immoral and was curious to see if there were similar options out there that I have yet to explore.

I use my best buy credit card on everything so i gain points. No fancy cars for me. I just drive an older accord cause im too tall for small cars and team no car payments.
