I passed my PMP thanks to this sub group.
I have passed Above Target in the People section, and T in the other sections.
It was 95% situational questions.
Thave used AR's mock exams, and used my wrong answers to figure out my weakness and where I truly stand. I didn't purchase AR's course, just the mock exam simulator.
The 200 agile questions by David McLachlan were amazing, it really helped me in adapting to an agile mindset. TIA simulator n Joseph Phillip is useful.

Currently at BNY Mellon with 10 YOE, specifically in Corporate Trust working CLO/CDO’s (first job out of college). I’ve moved around within the bank a few times but I’m just not happy here nor am I where I want to be in terms of comp . I recently became an Anaplan Certified Level 1 Model Builder and have been applying to a lot of roles. Currently going to school for my cannabis certification but I rarely see any jobs that offer cannabis research. I currently work in a lab/greenhouse environment and would love to continue that line of work with hemp/cannabis. Yet again no luck whatsoever, just finding jobs as budtenders or running a dispensary. Does anyone know where I can find research-based cannabis jobs? Hello, I’m an associate (almost at the one year mark) at a midsize firm on the EPL team. I did about 2 years of employment law as a clerk during school and know that’s what I want to go into. I’ve asked for more EPL work but keep catching PI cases. I second-chaired an employment trial but don’t see any EPL work for the foreseeable future and wasn’t getting as much EPL exposure as I wanted before the trial. Any advice on a lateral move to a bigger firm with a broader range of EPL work?

I have been working in SEA region last 4 years. I feel burned out. I have 10yoe, I have try to move to other country but I pretty much suck in LeetCode. I want to take some time off to unwind, finish some personal business, and really prepare for interviews. I would like to hear from you. Should I quit to my current manager(5th so far) or wait after mid year performance review, when a new boss will take over my team? I'm thinking on giving them 2 months notice period. I gave 15+ years in healthcare claims (payer side, physician/facility side) and revenue cycle management. I’m burnt out and want to transition away from revenue cycle mgmt.
