Does anyone have insight on how to position myself to change sectors? I have been in a sales position adjacent to the food industry for over 10 years. Last year I did my first year in food tech, selling SaaS to medium and large food distributors. I would love to stay in food tech but it’s narrowing my job search. However my current experience is showing that other industries aren’t interested in interviewing me. Any advice would be appreciated

Got a 30% salary bump, via an offer for Senior Consultant S&O from Deloitte. Currently underpaid at EY Advisory. I'm MBA and this year is my promotion year at EY for Manager. What to do? Get demoted and move to D? Or counter at EY? Even if EY matches my salary, and promote me to Manager, I will be an EY Manager with a Deloitte SC salary, and probably won't be able to go to D in the future. What do you think? I have built up a good relationship with my Partner and SMs at EY though.

I was interviewed for a major tech player in the hospitality industry, had 2 interviews which for the first one the recruiter was late, and didn't confirm the interview while I emaild her to make sure I do have an interview.
