How much medical coverage should one have?
Hello Everyone,
I am a fresher with over 9+ months of experience as a Data Engineer at Tata Consultancy .
I just needed some suggestions from you experienced folks.🙏
In my current project my colleagues have over 6+ years of experience and are not very supportive and scold me for unnecessary reasons, which is effecting my mental health.😔
Also I am not getting to learn anything.

I do simple meal preps and it's helped my health and budget so much. I will switch off what kinds of protein and grains I prepare, and have enough to make bowls throughout the week (sometiems you have to freeze meat to make it last the full work week). It's totally worth the effort, just takes some figuring out on what things you'll actually eat. I use my day off to do it and it takes about 3-4 hours, but saves me so much energy and money during the week

Three or four hours sounds like a lot to me, but I'm sure it's really worth it. Eating out not only costs more, it tends to be a lot less healthy as well. And there's a cost from the stress I feel too, when I feel guilty for doing it.
OP I completely understand where you are coming from. I have gotten better about meal prepping but I wont' lie, there are definitely times when I grab take out because I haven't prepped like I should. Its something I really am trying to be better about as far as budgeting is concerned but its something I am still working on haha.

Totally feel that struggle! When you’re exhausted, meal prepping feels impossible. Try batch-cooking super simple meals—think sheet pan dinners or crockpot recipes. Even prepping just a couple of staple items like cooked proteins or veggies can help. Also, consider “assembly” meals: pre-chopped salads, wraps, or grain bowls that are quick to throw together. Keep it simple and forgiving—your wallet and future self will thank you!

Thank you, these are some great tips!
I never meal prep. I am just not that organized. I sometimes have the forethought to stock up on tv or frozen meals for the week so I just have to grab one on my way out of the door in the morning but I can often forget to do this in morning as well. So I either skip lunch, get a snack from the vending machine or broke down and order DoorDash on days I am particularly hungry.

I don’t really do meal prep per se, but I plan what I’ll eat.
