Sounds like I don’t need to go B4 lol
Depends on office, team, and luck. I'm at midtier and do very little from May to September (30-35 billable)
Sounds like we are all overworked. I had 2100 billable.
1700? Lol you’re chillin

That’s less than ey’s utilization goal, but most people shatter that mark
90% or so? Varies by level. I’ve never been under 2k in 5+ years.

I worked more at my mid tier than I do at Deloitte but it depends on your team etc
In 12 years at KPMG, I have billed typically around 1800-2200 per year.

BDO is 1700
I've never come in under 1900 billable in my 5 years at BDO. Usually closer to 2000/2100.
That’s much lower target than Big 4. Depending on level, but target billable a is usually 1900 for staff/senior, and most exceed that by roughly 200 hours.
It was avg goal for KPMG Fed Audit Senior. Reality worked waaaay more.
At mid and do about 1700/2400
To clarify to all those are billing above 2000, do you not have any unbillable/admin time? That seems excessive if you also have 500 hrs of admin
I dunno, Stockholm syndrome? Tbf this was my first year in PA and COVID made me just happy to have a job. I was also promised things would slow down. But unfortunately they never did. Now I’m looking for a new job😅
