Does completing a year in a more technical role at a big 4 firm count for anything when applying for entry level at mbb?

Looking to transition out of a clinical role to a “clinical data/tech role” to help bridge the gap between healthcare tech and implementation to healthcare companies/field clinicians. Any recommendations to look for healthcare tech companies or getting started for a clinical data training?

Any tips for internal interviews for a title bump, but also to be on different team/client?

Should I Go Back and Reneg? Recently I was offered a role as a Project Implementation Manager (In Retirement Services) .The salary range for Colorado residents was 65-89K. I’m located in NY so the recruiter said he would try to get me more. Ultimately he came back at 90K which is a bit inline with that I was seeing on Glassdoor but approx looks like I may leave 10-12K on the table. I accepted already but may get an offer from another HR company in account management around 90-100K. Need advice

4YOE @Amazon & trying to lateral to a similar role @FAANG. Have my undergrad GPA (3.8/4) on resume from top 15 school but colleague says to take it off (looks silly). If it’s a good school & high GPA, why ever take it off your resume? Even if 10 YOE...can’t hurt?

Quick question.
I was a contractor for a big company and they just let me know that my last day is December 30th. I got this position thanks to a recruiting company that has been great and gives me benefits.
Should I:
- Continue working with the recruiting company, hoping that they will find another position for me? (as they told me they will, and when they applied me I started working with my current company within 2 weeks)
- Work with the recruiter + apply for jobs on my own?

I have an exit opportunity but have 600$ in my commuter benefit account I lose after post 30 days leaving my current employer. Any creative ways to spend it? Uber pool is eligible, Amtrak, buses, etc.

Promotion timeline at your firm? Like EY promotes once a year, announced in July and goes into system in October. Just curious

Told a friend of mine in tech I was considering moving to BCG. He asked me if I would have to move to Boston.

I followed up by asking what he thought the top consulting firms were. "I'd guess PwC and then McKinsey are the best. I've also heard of KPMG, Deloitte, and Bain, but I don't know much about them."
