If a firm dramatically increases incoming MBA salary (by ~10k), how will other MBA SA & M salaries be affected? They’d need to rise commensurately, correct?

Full ride to top 15 MBA vs limited financial assistance in top 3. What would you do?

My current CTC is 7.7 with 6.5 Fixed.
I joined Accenture in May.
What will be the ideal fixed compensation to ask Deloitte?
My total work experience is 3 years 1 month and I am a SAP SCE Techno-functional consultant.
