Exit opportunities for a senior 1 in TTT at EY? Whether to another group at EY or different firm/industry

Anyone else feel like you come up with these amazing ideas, only to brush it off... Then fast forward a few years and see that it's now an $XXX million dollar company, getting another round of funding by a bunch of VCs and ramping up hiring of their 500+ employee base?

This is literally the 10th time this is happening to me. WTF am I doing with my life?!? Why am I stuck a slave, instead of following these persuits?

Are there any spreadsheets or charts showing reference points for self report surveys for compensation? Maybe from FB users on salaries, tier city comparisons, level/role, different companies etc?

Back when I was getting started in the food world, I worked flipping burgers at In-n-Out. A man came in and said the burgers he had gotten weren’t right. I am a new associate (1 month in mid-tier firm) and I struggle to get work to fill up the whole day. In honest time, i get about 3-5 billable hours a day. Am I going to get in trouble or fired over this?? I am putting my best efforts when I do get work and I ask for work sometimes. At this point I feel like I am being annoying too…
