Anyone frustrated by needing to take vacation days off for Jewish holidays?

I am getting married in Decemeber and am on H1B. I wanted to work from India for a couple if weeks to reach my utilization target since its my promo year. Are we allowed to do that? If yes, what is the process? Otherwise i will have to take pto for a month.

So I had 3 deals scheduled to either close end of May or mid June which were all pushed to end of June/beginning of July. Which is when I have my first vacation planned for over a year (I take 0 time off). My whole family is flying up and we’re renting a cabin near me. What do I do? I’m running one of the deals, semi running the other one and not doing much leading on the other one. Note: I was supposed to not be running any of these. Do I find a back up first or tell the partners first?

My team just sold a next phase of work to the client (small team, so I’m main person to deliver the work), but I just got a written offer for a dream job. I’m definitely going to accept the offer, but feeling guilty since this phase was just sold (the client knows me and has said positive things about my work). I guess just looking for reassurance, since I’m dreading letting them know.

Help needed guys, given my situation below, what should I do?
1) Already have an offer and accepted;
2) Now get a second offer with 20k more than 1)
3) Interview process with FAANG and if accepted, will get 40k more than 2)
Should I now decline 1) and accept 2), and in case I got an offer from FAANG, then decline 2) immediately? Is it like really bad?
