What is the expected comp for a Senior Consultant at Deloitte for someone with 4+ years experience in Project Mgt, Risk and Audit with AWS SA Cert? (4yrs Total exp post college).
Post-MBA, looking to switch firms. Any resources on what a "consulting" resume looks like? My pre-MBA experience was in industry, so not sure how to portray my projects
Has anyone used GRE for a non-quant MBA school? Kellogg said they have no preference but not sure if it will hurt me... I already have a good GRE score and haven’t ever taken the GMAT.
Any experience with a PMP certification and class for the test? What are the reputable companies to use? In Chicago if that matters
I need some serious career advice.
I joined DUSI nearly an year ago in SAP offering, but lately I have been feeling like I haven't learn anything in my project (support phase) despite so many efforts and working extra hours. My efforts and time has been wasted. I don't see any outcome of the work that I do, infact I don't even know why and what I'm doing. I'm an MBA graduate and the work I'm doing is far far far far not related anything to what I learnt in my MBA.
You know that itchy feeling in the back of your mind when you have sat still for too long? I have been trying to ignore it, but sometimes life sends you a wake-up call. My spouse is disabled and cannot work anymore, so I need to rethink my job in higher ed. I have had custom roles since I graduated with my MBA, and now I manage training programs, communications projects, research accounts, and more. I hate to be shallow, but needs change. Any advice on finding a more lucrative path?
SC, Human Capital, Commercial, $115K. Non-MBA, but I have a Masters. Experienced hire. Am I getting screwed or am I okay?
I’m a senior manager (pre-director)with an mba degree from a top 20-30 b school and marketing experience prior in China. I’ve been here for 6 years and I live in SF. I’ve been mostly working in tech on sales effectiveness / cpq strategy/implementation work. What exits are out there excluding strat/ops or pm roles? Both seem too competitive for me. Also how do you look for that info?
Is there any value for AWS SysOps /w Security certification?
Looking to transition from consulting to secops and this seems like a good path. Any recommendations?
Got 2 years under me as a consultant in finance. Any tips on moving into IT?

How do you get into a cloud practice?

I am looking to get into consulting, preferably in healthcare. Remote work.
I have 6 YOE in decision support (budget, stats, productivity, etc) at 2 different health systems. I have used epic, strata, and Lawson. I also have 7 YOE in accounting. I really enjoy teaching/helping people understand concepts.
Any suggestions? I have MBA as well.
I’m currently in a role that I began in December 2020 at $21 an hour (42k) I’m a little worried about whether I should stay and try to move up internally or apply to some jobs elsewhere. I’m getting my MBA and I have a bachelors in accounting. With the current market and possibly of recession is it a better idea to stay and tough it out or find a new company to hopefully stay a while and grow my career there? Thanks for any insights!
I'm finishing up a non-MBA Master's (Public Policy) after having worked in journalism/communications for 7 years. Are there certain consulting firms that would be more open to someone with my background than others? Also, would appreciate some likes to respond to messages!
I am interested in human capital consulting. Wondering if it’s worth getting an MBA or just try to pivot within my firm.
Any suggestions/tips on preparing for PMP?
I have a 90-min each month for a professional development convo with an MD. This person is admirable (HSW undergrad + MBA) and has an interesting career. We often run out of things to discuss and revert to projects. Any advice on topics to discuss or Qs to ask? I’m 27 and he’s 55. Hoping to have him as my MBA recommender too lol

Can anyone speak to opportunities abroad (e.g., UAE, Singapore) after 2-3 years post MBA strategy consulting? The tax situation is favorable but interested to know about roles, salary, prestige, etc.
