Honestly just a lot of water and tea, super hot showers and vitamins. Try to eat soups and fruits and you’ll be good to go on Monday.

My secret Asian recipe:
1. Hot tea - maybe 16 ounces a day. The type of tea makes a huge difference, priority would be ginseng, white, then green tea depending on availability
2. Forget cold meds, they ruin your liver and kidneys, get lemons and some honey and make honey lemon tea as well.
3. Dress warm and keep your extremities (hands and feet) warm.
4. Get plenty of sleep and nap as much as you like during the day.
Cheers!
Sudafed, but get the good stuff with pseudoephedrine in it
Neti pot 100% and sleep non stop
NyQuil/sleep
Thera flu. Am and Pm versions
Zicam
tea + honey + lemon whenever you are awake on top of what others said above.
Day quil/Ny quil; sleep
Oregon oil and apple cider vinegar - taste sux but helps
Honey lemon tea!
Also one Emergen-C a day!!!
That’s typically how I would go about this, have a feeling it’s not going to be enough. Looking for a back up plan.
Liquids. Sleep. Zinc.
Zinc
For something like this, I’d go with Aleve-D plus the hot tea and everything others said. It dries up everything and helps with the flight too. You have to buy OTC at a pharmacy. It works miracles! Removes aches, head cold, runny/stuffy nose, etc. It isn’t a long term solution but helps in a pinch to get through something like this.
Just delete water all day, plenty of fruit, strict diet, and then obviously sleep is 1A priority
Also sudafed or dayquil, the OTC kind with pseudoephedrine in it day of presentation
Immunity shots from Whole Foods. Did wonders when I had the flu. + Zinc and Echinacea
Thanks for the tips! Much appreciated.
