Feeling a bit lost on where to go next. Currently early 30s and 3 years post-MBA as a Big4 Manager. Currently in healthcare but not really interested in staying in healthcare or consulting. Any thoughts on potential pivots? Also wondering about picking up some harder tech skills as my work has mostly been from a generalist perspective.

How long is too long to try to push back a start date? Getting a formal offer early next week but trying to keep that big law bonus if possible. Firm pays out bonuses Dec 30 & I have a vacation scheduled Dec 19-23 (and was planning on working remotely the week after too). Ideally want to get EOY bonus or negotiate for a signing bonus but is it too much to push for signing bonus and those weeks off? I've become really jaded about consulting. I find all so often you need to tell the client what they want to hear to keep their business and I feel like so much of the what I recommend doesn't actually get implemented.
