My grandparents are in a hospital with Covid they wouldn’t listen to our begging and didn’t get the vaccine. My grandpa isn’t expected to make it. My whole family has Covid and my husbands family just found out they were exposed so we can’t risk babies health and staying home.

In a recent All hands we found out that this year there will be no pay raises nor promotions based off merit. Is it time to jump ship?

Employees have to spend 9 hours inside Office rather than Synechron premise.

I started a new job recently and then had my PTSD seriously triggered, plus a panic attack. Felt so on edge and low on emotional resources for over a week that I wasn’t myself and apparently really rubbed a few people the wrong way so I was called in for a talking to 😣. I let people know there were some personal things going on, but didn’t mention the PTSD—very unsure if that’s something to share, or if I’d be judged for it or... I don’t even know. Has anyone else dealt with PTSD and had it impact them at work, and how did you handle it?
