If it works for you. I would be starvy and stink on those ratios. I struggled on my OMAD Monday today because I skipped my fatty eggy one meal AM. When I add back carbs, dinner is the spot. Breakfast or small lunch, don’t need em.
If I was single and living on my own I would try OMAD lol but that still sounds crazy. Just not sure what kind of IF diet will work for me. Having a hard time figuring out if I’m Fat or Carb sensitive. I guess some more trial and error is needed. Thanks!
