Folks who have left Deloitte - what did you elect to do with your pension? Is there a way to roll the current balance into your 401K?

Roll it into a "non-contributing rollover IRA". All the words within the quotes are significant.

like

Lookup Rollover IRA or 401k Rollover with your broker (e.g. Schwab, TD, etc) or Google it. Basically a separate account with your broker to manage your old 401k funds. Way better than being limited by rolling over into your new employer 401k

Love how BS credit score is. Got my score up to 800 last month only to go on vacation so my credit utilization went up to 8% due to the increased spending and my score dropped 35 points because I didn’t immediately pay the balance after charging the purchases. I always pay my balance in full each month and have never missed a payment, how is 8% credit utilization determined to be that big of a risk that my score got immediately wrecked, I don’t understand

Anyone has any credible info on Stream space ICO? Apparently they sold 48mil coins and do you know how can an American can participate in this ICO?

Going through a closeout. 50-50 profit share allocation, but my business partner has been using the venture money at their personal piggy bank (hence the breakup). My accountants say because we agreed to 50-50 shares, the leftover money has to be divided equally.

They spent $100k in the last month on random "work stuff" but bought a new car, etc. Now I have to pay for it with less equity return!

Just wanted to rant, I'll probably never go into a partnership again.

I have fidelity for my 401k, would they be good to open a taxable investment account with, or are there better options?

What options do i have, what if I abscond?

Will they give me exp letter?

I have joined Nagarro almost a year now as a senior architect. However, I see lot of issues here. The company is great so far as employee friendliness is concerned. It may be rated as the top most company in that regard and that is why attrition is well within control. However, there are issues:

1. Project Allocation - allocated to projects without fitment with the role or skills. No internal job portal

2. Lots of seniors in bench for long time

3. No way to give company feedback
