Hi all,
I joined KPMG around 3 months ago but I am not getting work here. Although, I qualified some project's interview, yet due to some internal reason, they considered someone else, and I again came on bench.
I am unable to figure out what can be done now.
Should I start searching work outside.
(I hardly see any job openings these days)

How's the resource management here?
(do they lagOff?)
Any inputs will be helpful.
Thanks!

Someone called them out on the first call a few weeks ago that they told us last year there wouldn’t be any more reductions. They said they never said that but I looked at my notes and they definitely did. So I don’t trust anything they say anymore.
They said they had no plans …. Plans change folks.

I saw 44 listings on a variety of websites but nothing came up on the KPMG page when I searched there.
They let 15 EA’s go (down from the originally quoted 60) and are now hiring EA’s for the EASC (executive Assistant support center) remote but must be located in Orlando or Phoenix.

PwC1, they are with a few tweaks. Vicky A joined KPMG from PwC. A few differences are the EAs in the markets and the off-site support staff are all called EAs. No “team assistants.” But the ASK EAs (remote support) function like PwC TAs and primarily support non PPMD staff. My bet is the ASK EAs are earning less than most of their former colleagues with jobs that carry heavier micromanagement. In addition the average age of EAs at KPMG was much older than it ever was at PwC. That playing field is being leveled.
Great people to work with but not to work for. You stay here or there and your salary atrophies.
