Is this at all recalibrated for inflation, etc or set as a point in time?

Hi All,

Feeling particularly burnt out in my
current role (senior, fund accounting) and
looking to make a career change. I'm

worse when that happens. I've been
looking at financial/investment analysis
roles in other companies but haven't had
a ton of luck yet. Can anyone help me out
with a referral, or just recommend
potential companies to look into? Ideally
looking for pay at 90k+ with solid

My husband recently joined Deloitte at Manager level. Filling out his compliance stuff he saw that Alight is a restricted broker, and Alight is who administers my 401k plan at my current employer. Restrictions at Deloitte apply to both the employee and the spouse.
Does this mean I can’t participate in 401k match and need to divest existing contributions? Anyone else in this situation and have any advice for me? Can it really be true that because my spouse took a new job that I cant do 401k?

Why do you treat me so differently after I came back from maternity leave?

Why are my quick win features you once praised, suddenly examples of areas we are lacking in execution?
Why are ideas I previously proposed, suddenly being attributed to being the brain child of another?
Why suddenly when I'm doing my job, but unable to go 150%, am I not valued anymore?
Why do you suddenly cut me off in meetings or table my questions for a later that never comes?

Why wasn't it like this before?

I was just told I am hard to work with. I know I should be grateful to have a job. I just got back from maternity leave and I had to keep by 4 month home with me while I work. My husband is not home has to go out to work. I literally been begging them to balance out my workload. And I got told I’m hard to work with. I’m going to shut up keep my head down for now. I would have been gone but pandemic has got me down. I’ve been so stressed and sad. I know a lot of people would love my job.

Help me understand how keeping track of hours relate to what is actually billed to the client when we are preparing tax returns faster with “auto flow” or “sure prep”? Am I mistaken that we still charge what a tax return is “worth” regardless of how quick we prepare it? Seems like keeping track of hours is just a way to keep us busy, and the reward for finishing under budget is just more work at the hopes of a “bigger” raise.

Hello everyone. I'm currently in healthcare sales and I was interested in AE roles because the pay seems good however every entry AE role I've applied at the base is low...like 30-50k low..is that the going rate for entry AE? The OTE isn't that high either, the last AE job I interviewed for had a 50k OTE..and that's not enough for me in this economy...I have a four year degree and 2 years of sales experience..the pay just seems..really low. Thanks

My partner has developed a dry cough that only comes about when it’s time to go to bed (must be something to do with laying vertically). He thinks it’s from wearing a mask 24/7 last week we were required to (from Aus). The doctor said there is no medication he can take for it. Has anyone had similar and can recommend something to assist the recovery process? It’s distributing both of our sleep and causing us to be grumpy during the day now!!

I feel my language skills are my biggest deterrent from ever making a Principal/Partner. I'm not English native and I still haven't developed the best of articulation skills when it comes to speaking nonstop in front of an audience.
