For associates and partners at firms that have rolled-back the COVID-19 impacted reductions of associate and partner compensation, does it make you feel better about how your firm's finances or are you upset that the roll-backs are only partial?

Honestly, I’m just relieved. I’ve been worried it would go the opposite direction so I’ll take what I can get.

Same. I’m glad law firms didn’t kick their associates to the curve like 2008-09 which was a bloodbath.

I’m relieved.

My firm has not even whispered of rollbacks, despite some practice groups thriving and things slowly opening back up. Not to be *that* person, but I would feel so grateful/relieved of any type of rollback at this point. Happy to hear some firms have started!

Currently interviewing with EY NZ as a risk management consultant. 1.5 yoe and expat from US. I have a rough idea for cost of living, so what should my minimum salary expectation be in Auckland? Hi, Please can some share approx London salary bandings in Tax Consulting for SM, D and what was considered AP grades at EY. Failed to find clear info on Glassdoor.

I’m currently a Grade 11 at Cisco. With the recent pay structure changes my annual comp will be $150k + 12% bonus. I live in a large metro area in the middle of the US. I’m looking to move around the company so that I can make commission but I don’t want to be an account manager. Can anyone tell me if there are Customer Success Managers, etc positions that manage customers post sale and have a similar range base as me with commission plans? I’m just trying to understand income potential.

I'm a Business Analyst with over 10 years experience, been in the same company for the whole time, Currently, I'm below Average Industry standards by approx. 10% for my (current) role.

I have applied for internal job which is effectively one level above, meaning it would be a promotion.

I got the job, awaiting offer.

Offer 1 - staff revenue accountant so reading contracts, speaking with the sales team and legal team, a lot of work at the end of the months to close books and reconcile transactions to make sure we are ASC 606 compliant. This track usually leads to director of revenue. Offer 2 - internal audit staff so SOX and compliance projects.
