Depends on the team but in general I WFH Fridays.

like

Most definitely WFH and logging off as early as I can

my team and wondering if I could start working remotely too, esp if I choose to stay in the city of my client and not go home on the weekend.

I would check with your team each week. You never know when your manager is going to randomly expect for you to be there, and communication is always key. Just a “hey, do you plan on coming in on Fridays or do you work from home” should clear you.

Always WFH

I used to be a happy guy, then over the past 5 years of being in public accounting I’ve gradually turned super cynical and hopeless. WFH has definitely added fuel to the fire because I’m super outgoing and vibe off of others. I’ve been actively looking for a new role but nothing good has come up for 6ish months. Any tips on how to get through the rest of busy season? I’m really struggling... to the point of almost crying daily. I told my manager and the firm doesn’t give AF apparently.

I'm a light sleeper who cares too much about the people around me, but I've got a flight to London next Friday from 7pm NYC time to 7am UK time, and I'd really like to master sleeping on a plane just this once and not be in jet lag hell for the entire day after I land. I'll be in premium economy in an aisle seat. I usually take melatonin before bed and sleep on my side. Does anyone have suggestions for an OTC sleeping pill or pillow that actually works, or other advice for sleeping on a plane?
