A little biased, no? “Hey guys! Here’s where you should move, urban cities with plenty of developed land” -Theurbandeveloper.com 😂
Rising Star
Two things to keep in mind on that last: 1) they only ranked their 100 top cities from pre-pandemic 2) their point system is realllll vague. Take it with a grain of salt.
But I really do hope nyc, la and sf do well 🤞

It’s real, Dubai is back to the office and life is resuming. Same with Copenhagen and places within Germany.
The real headline of this should be “Cities that have tons of companies hiring during COVID-19 but are experiencing a mass exodus because everyone realizes they don’t need to live in them to keep said jobs.”
Enthusiast
Global cities are not facing the mass exodus as the US is.
I recently moved to San Francisco from the East Coast. Cost of living is comparable - obviously, there are certain items that are more expensive - Uber’s, dining out, etc. But other than that, depending on where you live in the city, it's not that bad. I will not be able to afford a house here, but this isn't my forever home.
