Start by applying for logistic analyst role or freight / transport analyst in either FMCG or pharma with these you can dive in slowly and gain lots of experience as time goes
Thanks for sharing
In my experience, you take what you get as your first job, get some experience, learn what you like and dislike then proceed from there. I started as a freight broker.

Logistics coordinator might be a good start
What is the average salary for that more than 50k?
I think you can start as a logistics analyst. That's the safest route in my opinion. You can switch to other roles later on.
Any specific skills I should be developing? I have customer service, delivery skills, and currently working in the finance industry.
To add my only kind of direct experience with logistics/supply was working as a mail carrier.
Hi! Any entry-level roles, OP. You should gain more experience first and then switch roles if you feel like your current role is not for you.
It really depends what side of logistics/transportation you’re looking to get into.
I run a few trucking companies and they really only work if you’re willing to put in the hard hours and do the work no one wants to do for the first few years. Also-like any business, the freight/trucking economy can be much different than the regular economy at times.
It is good to know the office side of things when you do end up having a trucking company though-keeps you much more organized and aware, especially if you hire someone to do the office work for you.
Let me know if you have any questions or want any help with anything!
