I just got a new territory with a lot of potential However, I was just given an offer from Citizen’s bank where I’d be inheriting a $40 Million dollar book, $20 Million in managed and a 34% payout of revenue on TOP of salary for 3 years. I’m nervous to make the move, but it’s a sweet deal. Need some advice here fellaz.

I wasn’t looking to leave my firm until later next year at the earliest, but the company sounds really interesting. Don’t want to waste a lot of time if the comp isn’t right, though.

I've recieved an offer from Morgan Stanley, my previous salary was around 6 Lpa and last offered was around 15 Lpa (WFH), I quoted 40 to 45% on top of that around 22 Lpa considering Mumbai location, WFO and Glassdoor pay range.
