Asking because I don't know much about it and have received recruiter's call today. Currently I am working in Deloitte. How is thoughtworks hikes, wlb, does it provide any benefits apart from fixed pay? My research gives me a mixed review: some say it's good, some say that thoughtworks is not stable enough like big 4 or other organisations. Pls help Thoughtworks Deloitte

I take 4-5 weeks a year. A 2 week vacation/rest mid year with my family and the rest sporadically throughout the year in 3 day increments. The small breaks help my company not feel my loss and therefore not associate me with always being gone but it lets me enjoy 3 and 4 day weekends whenever I want.
Our company has an "Unlimited PTO" plan where you can take 4 weeks, and then after that you need the approval of your manager. I have a great manager, so I would not be asking to take more time if I needed to, but I normally try to stick to the 4 weeks.
My boss takes two weeks every other month off 🥴 and no one says anything about it.
A week per quarter.
I've been trying to take 6-7 weeks per year for the last 3 years I've had unlimited PTO. I'm aiming for 7-8 weeks this year.
Curious to know from the folks who are taking less PTO - is it because your company doesn't seem supportive of PTO or are you having a hard time mentally transitioning from previously set amounts of accrued PTO?
5-6 weeks
5 days

A month or so
4 weeks
Where do y’all work ??? 👀 average is 6-8 weeks at my company lol.
Where do you work?
My goal is to get to at least 20 days/4weeks off. I'm in my first 6 months off unlimited PTO and I have 12 days scheduled already.
4 weeks minimum, trying to squeeze 5-6 weeks in this year
8 months into unlimited time. Taken 8 days, with another 8 planed by the 1 year mark.
What companies give unlimited PTO?
I aim for 3-4 weeks
One week a year and some random days throughout the year
4 weeks average I spread it out evenly throughout the year
10 days maybe. And people around me are the same. Not a fan.
about 2 and a half weeks
About 35 - 40 days per year
