I have a partner who routinely ignores emails or responds to them several weeks later. He has to approve every single document sent to the client or the court, which means you have a physically go to his office to ask him to review something. Half of the time you go to meet with him in person, he’s either on a call or otherwise busy. I find that this basically creates more work and makes meeting deadlines extremely difficult. Is this normal?

I have credit card with last billed amount of 1,25,000. But i just received my refund of 50,000 which will be adjusted in the next cycle.

But for this cycle, should i pay the entire 1,25,000 and let my CC go into -50,000 balance or i can pay the lower outstanding amount (75,000) only?

I am serving my notice period, I want to get released from the project. Is it possible to get released when serving notice period?

We have a big project going on and I am the only point person(initiate it, did lot of work, and knows the deets well), seems like my mgr wants to get a headcount. My ethnicity makes me a minority but I would never join a minority affinity/business resource group. I think it creates separation which can lead to an “us versus them” mentality - a step backwards. Deloitte has the name recognition and better benefits but I have a really supportive team at Booz and good work-life balance. Any insight is appreciated! I would be starting at Deloitte as a Consultant in GPS. Currently a Senior Consultant at Booz.

Told a friend of mine in tech I was considering moving to BCG. He asked me if I would have to move to Boston.

I followed up by asking what he thought the top consulting firms were. "I'd guess PwC and then McKinsey are the best. I've also heard of KPMG, Deloitte, and Bain, but I don't know much about them."
