Hi Fishes, I've accepted offer from Accenture from their portal.. But now got new offer from EY and wants to join at EY. So how can I tell Accenture Accenture India that I'm not going to join them. Rather than not showing up on the date of joining? Can you please guide me? How do I let them know? My talent coach is not reachable
Ok be honest, candidates. I really love this set of questions, I’ve been considering shifting my current interview style to these questions - I think they really give you an idea of who this person would be within the work setting. But the questions almost feel too deep for a recruiter to ask. What would you think if a recruiter took a different path and asked these questions instead of the usual ones?

My sister had that stroller, it is okay but I prefer one with a carrier that you can click in and out to transfer to and from the car or to carry them in the carrier if the space is not stroller-friendly. I used the Graco click connect for my two kids and it worked well for us.
Some other things you may want/need:
• Baby Bjorn (Front Carrier)
• Swing for baby
• Little bouncer, the ones that look kind of like a lounge chair with a seat belt and the little arch with toys on it. Used this all of the time when I was cooking or getting ready and needed to keep my kids in one spot.
• Bottle warmer
• Velcro swaddles
It is also good to have extra bottles, different brands to try, etc.
The Vista has the Mesa which does this perfectly until they are out of a baby seat. Love my vista, we actually had the cruz for our first and got a second hand vista when #2 came. They are both excellent, and you can find some great deals for second hand ones to save a buck
Our Vista has been going almost a mile to and from daycare everyday for the past 2 years (minus Covid shut down months) on city sidewalks and has held up great. Uppababy service is also great when something breaks. Highly recommend for heavy use, may be over kill for light use.
+1 here. We ended up getting the travel bag as well which would give you additional protection in the case of damage. Often times mailing new parts to us.
Yeah its good - it takes up quite a but of space but if you walk a decent amount can definitely recommend it
We had/have it for our daughter—It’s good but probably not worth the price. You can get 80% of what you get in the Vista for half the price. However if you travel a ton (ie checking strollers at the gate) the build quality is very strong. Check out Wirecutter for stroller (and all other baby product) reviews.
Also we moved over to an umbrella stroller around 16 months and love our G Luxe from Uppababy.
I don't feel it's with the price, the Mockingbird Single-to-Double Stroller is a good alternative for half the price.
Soon to be FTM. Would you be so kind as to share your baby items list please? If not and it's personal, I completely understand.
No, get a BOB. Used is fine too, especially if you have a power washer.
We debated this and instead got a Thule running stroller and a nice umbrella stroller (Ergobaby MetroX). The umbrella is small and travels great. The Thule is for leisurely long walks and runs. Thule has a car seat adapter too. For us the Uppababy style strollers left us thinking we were still going to need the other two anyhow.
Absolutely love the Thule. We got the urban glide jogger and it’s by far the best & we’ve been gifted about 4-5 other strollers over time
At least 70% of our neighborhood in Chicago use Vista…figured it was dependable so went with it as well. It works fine - good for the city. Also bought the baby seat that clicks in and out. The other 25% use Nuna which the car seat is significantly lighter. Remaining use random strollers. For travel, we have the Gb Pockit All Terrain.
It’s amazing. Terrible value, but build quality is great. I dropped mine down an entirely flight of stairs and it didn’t even notice. 4 years going strong.
