Go volunteer in your local community, pick an organization you support. You’ll get some face time with people and feel good about it.
I see a therapist
Everyone can benefit from therapy, with or without prescriptions.

I do sports
Same! Tennis, anyone?
What city are you in?
Get really into a game and start showing up at your local game stores. You’ll meet people. Pokémon, Magic the Gathering, Warhammer, etc, and most shops run a DND game as well
To clarify that I’m talking about card/board/tabletop games. So an organized activity that will allow you to chat & meet new people where you don’t really have to know anyone or anything beyond the game to start chatting. Could also look at a sport or art class, something activity based would do that same thing
Find stuff to do! Especially if you are in a city, there is usually so much at your figertips. Meetup groups, church groups, rec sports, hobby classes etc. I moved to a new city and even working in person, made way more friends doing stuff outside of work. Sports are an easy one and you can suck at it and still have fun(I am the literal worst at sports). Volleyball or ultimate frisbee are super casual in my experience.
I feel you! I feel the same way. I actually looked up some events through City Hall that were taking place in the county. There’s lots of stuff to do check to see if there’s wine tastings, local concerts, events on the greens, etc. in your area through your county and your City Hall.

How did you get your full remote job? What’s your pay and yoe?
Fine a meetup or a Facebook group for people your age group or interests
You can always hmu if you want to have a conversation.. i work remotely as well and go through the same situation a lot of times.
I talk to my Fiancé multiple times a day and spend all weekend with her, but I’m actually considering going from 100% remote to 100% in office because not seeing anyone all day is really lonely and not good for me. However, only if my commute is reasonable
I agree with the comments about volunteering or joining a gym. Going to a gym is a great place to meet people.
*sport classes, not gym per se.
No one on the gym wants to socialize and they hate you for even try to strike a conversation 😂
