75% based on individual performance
25% based on companies performance.
Most likely case - Individual Performs well (Rating 4 - 100%) but company underperforms (85% of revenue targets met i.e 80% payout)
Assume your variable pay is 100 Rs
75%*100%*100 + 25%*80%*100
= 75+20 = 95 Rs
Now place other values based on your performance and companies performance, you will get an answer.
Chill. 5% donation in the worst case scenario

Neither they gave me hike this time, also from next cycle they will cut my variable pay also.

They've made it tooo complicated this time.
My best guess is even top rating person would get 75% max.
And others around 50-60%.thats because they have put Companies performance targets also.. It's become very complicated.
Whatever compromise to be done is on 25 percent and not 75

For 6 and above, 100% variable pay is based on company performance. Lol
