Do you think it's a good idea to devide work experience by projets? Or is it better to have "projects highlights" separate from work experience.. something like: intro>functional expertise> project highlights>work experience>education?

Went from a big firm to work for a smaller firm. The people in the smaller firm are protective of their work and are good by their work too. I no longer feel chaos or stress. I am treated with respect and my schedule is more normal. I am even working more billable hours than before, but it feels like a seamless experience. I don’t work then past 5pm or anything out of the ordinary for this time of the year. I am so grateful!

Manager Ratings: Generally speaking, in consulting, for a long term project, if there’s a team of 6 people (1 person managing everyone, and below that person 5 different people who are associates or senior associates) is there pressure on the manager to give at least 1 of the 5 associates/senior associates a bad review? So i have been fortunate that i have managed to go through my career without the need for a degree. I was lucky enough to have been hired by one of the worlds top consulting firms, worked with a whole lot of big clients and travelled a lot. It's gotten to the point where I am not even asked about the lack of a degree on my resume. Personally though, it bothers me.
