Is anyone's agency currently looking for a Senior or ACD position?

My company went toxic in the last couple months. Chose me and started interviewing. Had a very successful interview with Amazon but recruiter is working hard trying to place me and said there’s no knowing how long to find a team. Meanwhile I just received a Director offer for a company with a 29% pay bump July 1. If Amazon or any other FAANG/large co gets back to me, is there an acceptable way to not burn bridges with new job and accept or delay start date with FAANG? Or fuck it just hop?

I didnt have any P&L responsibility before. Do you guys recommend doing alot of 1:1 with a mentor or taking a particular self taught course where I can brush up my skills?

What’s the best way to turn down a 2nd interview? During the 1st interview, I learned that the compensation for the role is not within the range that I am looking for and requires 400 more billable hours a year than what I bill now. I’d basically be laterally for my current salary just to bill 400 more hours. I also wasn’t aware that the local office was strictly ID. Firm website advertises lots of practice areas. Any advice? How do I leave my role as someone on the talent team. I am on a small recruitment team of only a few people, who connect daily. I am also responsible for sending out updates tracking new hires and upcoming leavers (aka I would be on this list if i decide to leave). If I am looking to leave my company, considering all of these things, how do I do it in the least awkward, most professional way possible? I want to put in at least a two week notice, but will continuing my work after that be weird?

Just got another rejection... Is exiting to FAANG or MB really this hard? Trying to go tech.. or mbb, but not getting anywhere. I have 2 masters (mba, ms) from top schools, been in consulting for over 10 years, I am confident that I know my stuff well..but still I keep getting rejected. Hi Gang, really feeling the burnout a bit heavy now after ~5 years in SaaS and Consulting Sales. What are some of the most transferable roles AEs can move to post sales?

Anyone working two corporate jobs at the same time? Contemplating staying at the current employer while accepting a new role until the year-end bonus (12/31). Both roles remote for a foreseeable future. Putting on average ~18 productive hours per week in a current role, so I should be able to add 30-40 more for the next few months.

I’m interviewing with the Deloitte and they’re taking an extremely long time. It’s for their internal strategy team.

Another role just got posted that I think aligns better with my skill set and something I would definitely enjoy more. 

what should I do? I’m still in the running for the first job but it’s ridiculously slow due to the business team being small. Ideally I would like at least one of these two jobs

What does an exit from Salesforce consulting look like? I’m in a technical role leading a small team so my understanding is a technical/solution architect or a development team lead at either Salesforce or an end user like Amazon/Amex.

I have bounced around a couple consulting companies so would prefer not to do it again. Total 4 YOE.
