Money's not everything.... but really, take the 150k.
$35k is nothing to these companies. If they won’t match it they simply don’t want you bad enough… and that’s okay. Take the offer.
leave!
Your current company’s offer doesn’t mean anything unless you get it in writing. And if they really wanted to keep you, they’d match the 150K. Take the new role!
If they can’t match they don’t want you that badly
When they say they can't beat your current offer that is a lie. What they really mean is they don't value you enough to give you that much money. You are in the fortunate position to decide if you think you're worth 115k or 150k. I know how I would choose...

Why is this even a question lolol
I’ll be the one saying money isn’t everything and internal network will be critical for continued success so as long as you feel like you’re developing and the team is growing I’d stay, but most people on fb seems to be pretty single threaded when it comes to what matters to them…
They’re guilt tripping you into staying - leave, unless something intangible like the culture is worth the 35k difference
I would leave. Bouncing will get you bigger increases. That's what I did.
Edit
Leave. Ignore these sweet talks
Leave, had a similar dilemma going from my last place to google. Loved the firm, bosses were great and I was involved in a lot. But I was getting bored and realized I needed the chance. Plus… a $40k bump in salary helps.

Leave! I’ve been in your situation. Get the big4 experience and you can exit back to industry at even higher than big4.

I mean what’s the new offer?
I don’t have it on paper yet since I told them you have to match or beat it and that’s when they said they couldn’t but could do other things. Just feeling guilty about leaving but I can’t pay my bills with satisfying others soooo
No, leave.
What is money?
Were they going to promote you before you told them you had another offer?
