Got an offer at a small indie agency for a 25k pay raise which I really need. But the agency I am currently at is a larger holding company ad age a-list agency which I’m supposed to be going on a shoot right before the holidays.

I say both do equally good work but I don’t really feel as much love at the bigger agency that I’m at. But it does feel safer and has had growth. Just not sure I’ll get a raise in the next year. Should I try to force a match and raise before my shoot?

I have got an offer from Deloitte for 14LPA as a consultant. But my current organisation is trying to retain me by giving me a raise and promoting me to SSE with 11 LPA they have also promised to give me more interesting work according to my will. Husband is a multi sport coach and gone a lot in season, I work in corp banking. Thinking about getting a travel trailer since I camp alone with the kids a lot in the summer, spring and fall for quick weekends. Does anybody do this where you take, maybe 1 day, to create multiple 3 day weekends scattered throughout the year for little trips instead of taking vaca in longer stints?
