I recently had an initial interview for a technical recruiter position. The guy on the phone stated that this is not a 9-5 job and long hours are expected. I proceed to ask how much PTO is offered and he said that is not recommend within the first 6 months of working and the harder you work the more PTO you receive. I've had 2 rounds of interviews at Google (UK) for a non-tech role in Platforms & Ecosystems (L4/L5). Recruiter told me that I've been selected for the final rounds (GCA + Leadership Interview). From his feedback, one thing they wanted me to improve on was the GCA Questions. Would anyone have any tips on how to prepare for these?
