Guys, I have 3 years of Salesforce Support and 2.5 years of Salesforce Admin experience so total of 5 years.

I live in Canada and my base salary is 83K CAD. Stocks worth 17K CAD

I feel like I am underpaid. Could someone please share is this a good salary or should I start looking for a new job? I am feeling very unsatisfied with this salary due to cost of living in British Colombia.

What works be the onsite salary for JL6? Few posts i read days 42k, few other posts mention 110k..

Lyft driver delayed picking me up 30 min, resulting in me canceling my ride and asking hotel to call me a “yellow taxi” to get to the airport because it was 5am and all ubers/lyfts were 15 min. Specifically said yellow. Hotel calls me a private lux SUV and the driver got out of the car to handshake the man who called and said hi (honestly money couldve been passed). I have a real estate client who at the top of his organization chart owns is 50/50 partners in a real estate investment company. First question is it advantageous to have the top of the organization 50/50 partners own the r/e company as an s-corp? That 50/50 company then owns 70% of holding company they own all the real estate as a partnership that the original partners are 35/35 and the investors own the remainder. All the real estate deals are then owned by this holding company.
