GL is paying 10%more CTC than IBM whereas IBM is compensating that difference with Joining bonus.

Which is better in terms of work culture/WLB, job security & career growth?

Made a career pivot to another agency. During the interview we talked about how it may start as initially a "step backwards" (pay/benefits) but has potential for more long term growth. First day was yesterday. Had no communication about when or where to show up, sat in an empty office for about half an hour before a couple people finally showed. No phone call or email. Sent an email to the founder, no response. I could easily get my old job back if wanted.

What would you do in this situation?

Generally after how many days later of offer letter we get joining letter at TCS ?

I attended tcs interview on Saturday...anyone who attended on Saturday received call from HR? I am not sure whether I cleared the interview. In the interview they said that you will get an update from HR.

Its been 1month now. I gave interview in infosys. Interviewer was pretty happy and almost confirmed i am in. But till now no response back from HR. Is it normal in infosys.
