How is the WLB of a associate manager in Accenture in a GCP project?
I have been offered with 28.5lakhs fixed , my current yoe 11.9yrs.. I also have offer from DUSI with 26lakhs fixed but going through the WLB review slightly inclined towards Accenture..Is my salary on the higher side in Accenture as per my yoe?Heard from few people they fire employees Accenture with higher package in case of cost cutting so want to understand that aspect.. One of the things that my ADD coach helped me with was realizing that I wasn’t prioritizing activities that help me feel recharged. Between work and home responsibilities, I was just burnt out and overwhelmed.
