Had a TP2 client round interview at HCLTech last Friday. The discussion went well and it felt more like a conversation than a formal interview. They asked a few basic questions related to my project and experience.
Now the position status is showing as “closed.” Wanted to ask others:
What usually happens after the client round in HCL?
How much time do they take to share results?
Is rejection still possible even if the round went well?
Would appreciate if anyone can share their experience.

I recently had an initial interview for a technical recruiter position. The guy on the phone stated that this is not a 9-5 job and long hours are expected. I proceed to ask how much PTO is offered and he said that is not recommend within the first 6 months of working and the harder you work the more PTO you receive. I had a technical discussion for HCL on 3rd Oct. It's been more than a week. I still haven't received a status on that interview. I have also received a "Resume shortlisted" mail from their careers app after a week.
Does it mean I'm selected? There's no intimation of the status at all. The HR don't reply on mails/calls.
