Had an interview scheduled at end of week. Manager asked me to step up. Cancelled interview. Within days same manager nit picks and writes nasty review. Never heard back from recruiter.

I’m concerned that my latest job have been less than a year each on my resume but I’m at my wits end and need to start looking. Do you think I will be overlooked because of the length of time at each company?

Did a first interview with hr rep, went very well. she set up the hiring manager meeting for a few days later. Met with the manager. Another great conversation, went over time and was told I’d hear back about panel set up. Following day I get a request from hr rep to “continue the conversation” with manager. This is set up Tuesday.
Why do you think the manager wants to meet again? Good? Bad? I felt great about the interview when we ended.
