Had an interview where I got a bunch of mixed signals from the VP (this was my 2nd interview) but overall ended off well. However, I haven’t heard anything since. I sent a follow up to the HR manager last Friday and crickets. Should I just write it off as a loss or still hold onto (very minimal) hope.

What’s your advise for someone looking to get into soft IP litigation (not an engineering / science major) but have been working in L&E for 3 years now. Last week I got automated call from infosys and asked few details . After that I got call from hr and said my interview is scheduled on next week and very next day one person called me and asked few technical questions .she said she's calling from infosys and this is technical screening round . Today same hr called and said she will be scheduling a client interview.

Have an interview with a company I really want to work for tomorrow. My last job I was laid off b/c of an acquisition&recently accepted a job at a diff company b/c I couldnt afford not to. Can someone explain how billable hours work? At a new agency and although I had to fill timesheets at my previous agencies, they were mainly used to ensure we weren’t over servicing a client/for setting the appropriate retainer for contract renewals. I asked ppl at my agency but haven’t gotten a proper explanation. I get the impression that billing to the agency admin code isn’t recommended, and my manager said he bills everything to client codes, but that doesn’t make sense to me .

Client removes all copy in ads re: product description or product benefits due to pending legal review. Removes visuals of product doing its job. Blames agency that ads aren’t driving traffic/sales
