What are you supposed to do when you suspect than one of the higher-ups may be involved in criminal conduct? Don’t want to idly stand by but I’m concerned about potential consequences.

I am so tired of TV shows glamorizing prison life. It's not pretty, it's not nice, it's something rational humans should avoid in their lives.
