I am at Big4 UK (London). Recently, I started to suspect myself to have Asperger’s. I haven’t seen a doctor yet and I haven’t been officially diagnosed. I was always understanding that something is not “normal” with me but I didn’t know about Asperger’s. Let’s assume I go to a doctor and officially been diagnosed. What are the pros/cons to disclose it to my employer? Can they fire me because of this? I am on visa in this country. That’s why don’t want to risk it at all. Thanks for help!

I am scheduled to fly from NYC to Mumbai via Paris next Wednesday (Jan 5) for a ~10 day trip. I’ve suffered from workaholism for a long time. I am going to move in the next few month to a location with a higher cost of living due to personal circumstances. My company went toxic in the last couple months. Chose me and started interviewing. Had a very successful interview with Amazon but recruiter is working hard trying to place me and said there’s no knowing how long to find a team. What is considered a “large” caseload in employment litigation? I work at a large L&E boutique law firm and handling about 14-15 active litigation cases in state/federal court or arbitration. Some of these matters are multi-plaintiff and multi-defendant cases, but none are class actions. This does not include any matters I am handling in the charge stage or in pre-litigation. During 2016, I was selected for wipro as a fresher undergone training, but I did not clear the training exams, so wipro terminated me.During tht time I created NSR profile, after tht I joined another MNC as fresher. I never mentioned wipro exp as previous exp anywhere. Now recently I got a offer frm wipro. here also I did not tell that I was earlier termined by wipro.If wipro asks me to provide NSR details during my joining, does NSR have my previous exp in their db? Does it affect my joining with wipro?
