Has anyone else noticed that McKinsey is going way harder with AI than the other Big 4? Why is McKinsey all in on AI all of a sudden?

Anyone heard good things about CFGI? I’ve heard their comp structure is gimmicky with overtime pay. But if I could make the same base there as I do in big 4 with the chance of some overtime pay is it worth it to give it a shot?
