Anyone ever been negatively effected by not giving 2 weeks notice? TLDR: My mgr created an extremely toxic work environment. I’m interviewing with other companies, and intended to submit 2 weeks, but I am no longer willing to work with her if I don’t have to. I’m ready to quit and look for employment full-time. She is incompetent AND rude, and I have already notified HR of what she has been doing. Can I leverage that record to request leaving on good terms without 2 weeks notice?

Is it a norm to send a thank you note through your recruiter? I had an iffy interview, and wondering if I bother sending a thank you note. It was very clear that they were trying to do a stress interview so I feel weird saying the usual nice things.
