(3) 1:1's w/(1) MD and (2) SM's.
The recruiter said he will now have
an interview in Jan. w/ the PPMD.
He interviewed for a M role in
consulting for customer marketing.

He does have a wide skill set and the
recruiter said it was all positive
feedback, just have to find out
where to put him (on the team he
interviewed for or another he is
qualified for).Deloitte

Yes, the Predictive Index. I never did hear my results, but went pretty far in interviews. Ultimately it didn’t pan out.

Yes. It was called the Predictive Index. I scored as some sort of free thinking leader type. I think they wanted a rule following in the boxer. And I didn’t get the job.
I had to - took 45 minutes. I had 3 interviews after the exam, no mention of my results. Then they ghosted me

Yeah I had to play some "games" for Unilever and other big companies that compare your playing style to their top performers on the team you're applying for. The games are just gamified behavioral tests.

We ask candidates to take one. It's only two questions, though. Only takes 5 minutes, max, to fill out. We used Predictive Index which is eerily accurate.
