If you decide to move down a level in your next role, for learning purposes and for more wlb, is that frowned upon by future employers and looks bad on your resume? I've been think about it but haven't pulled the trigger. Also fear that getting a lower level job will be tough if they see me as 'over-qualified'. Never been in an SE or consulting or B2B sales role before but have a referral at Salesforce and have been in some informal conversations.
